How can I find out if you carry a certain product?
 Log in to butlerschein.com. You can also call one of our Telesales branches using the following phone number: 1-800-551-3861, or call your Territory Manager through the same number.


How do I get Butler Schein Animal Health to stock an item?
If it is an item from a supplier Butler Schein Animal Health already represents, it is simply a matter of asking your Butler Schein Animal Health Territory Manager or Telemarketer to stock the item for you. Please let them know how much you use and about how often you buy it.

If it is an item from a company that Butler Schein Animal Health does not carry, you can make your request by notifying your Territory Manager or sending an email to the appropriate business segment director at the corporate office. They will review your request and submit it to the Marketing Department for consideration. You will be contacted if it will be added to our line or if we currently carry a suitable replacement product.


Does Butler Schein Animal Health sell anything to prevent the spread of Hoof and Mouth Disease?
 Vaccines are not available for use in the U.S at this time. There are disinfectants available (i.e.TekTrol) that are approved for use against Hoof and Mouth.
